EWS64 XXL
The AudioSystem EWS64 XXL is a result of the continuing development of the
award winning AudioSystem EWS64. With a 64 note polyphonic sampler,
digital I/O, outstanding A to D and D to A converters, effects and a full feature
software bundle, the EWS64 represents unparalelled value. Now we have taken
it even further by adding the microWAVE PC, a full featured version of Waldorf´s
amazing microWAVE XT synthesizer, jointly developed by Waldorf and
TerraTec.
The microWAVE PC adds a 10 note polyphonic true wavetable DSP based
synthesizer whilst maintaining all of the functionality of the original
AudioSystem EWS64 resulting in the most comprehensive integrated music
and audio production system for the PC.
The innovative hardware control surface of the 5u 19" rackmounting microWAVE
XT has been converted to a Windows 95/98 application, identical in operation
and appearance right down to the knobs, legending, LCD display and MIDI
activity LEDs.
This is no software synthesiser requiring masses of CPU power, the
microWAVE PC front panel module contains the same DSP and processor
chips used in it's big brothers and delivers the incredible microWAVE sound
with no intervention from your PC allowing you to use any of the mainstream
MIDI and Audio software packages at the same time.
