There is obvious corruption in the data being read by the QS. Although it is possible all of your images were corrupted during their bounce around the internet, the more likely suspect is the Centennial Flash card. You may have some bad sectors on the card. I'd try a write/read test say all FF or 00 and see if you can validate the write correctly.
